Mayor Streeter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

6. Items for Discussion
A. Discussion regarding Undesignated Fund Balance Policy, Debt Policy and Investment Policy
Town Manager Galligan stated that these policies have been brought before the Town Council previously, but prior to putting them in resolution form he wanted the Town Council to make any changes they felt necessary. There was no discussion by the Town Council regarding these policies.
7. Executive Session
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:04 p.m. to discuss personnel issues; Mayor Streeter seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to adjourn Executive Session at 7:35 p.m.; Councillor Havens seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to go into Executive Session at 7:36 p.m. to discuss an economic development issue; Councillor Pelkey seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
Councillor Pelkey made a motion to adjourn Executive Session at 7:45 p.m.; Deputy Mayor Delnicki seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
8. Adjournment
At 7:46 p.m. Councillor Jeski made a motion to adjourn the Work Session; Councillor Havens seconded the motion; and it was Approved, unanimously.
